Most of our work starts as a conversation rather than an order. Tell us what you want and we tell you whether we can make it, what it costs, and how long it takes.

You describe the piece
The kind of piece, the leather, the colour, the measurements. Photos of something close are more useful than a paragraph. If you do not know what leather you want, say what you want it to do and we will suggest.

We quote in writing
A firm price in USD, a firm completion window, and the shipping cost to your address. Nothing is charged at this stage.

Fifty percent to start, or full payment for orders shipping abroad
Domestic orders start on a half deposit. Orders leaving Vietnam are paid in full at the start, because international shipping both ways usually costs more than the piece itself.

Photos before it ships
We photograph the finished piece from every side. You approve it, we pack it, and you get the tracking number the same day.
Crocodile, alligator and ostrich
These are CITES-protected. They need an export permit from Vietnam and an import that your country allows, which adds two to four weeks. Ask us early and we will tell you where your country stands before you commit.

What we make to order
Every piece below is made from scratch to your measurements — the leather, the colour and the hardware are chosen with you, not picked off a shelf.
Questions buyers ask before commissioning
Can you make a custom leather bag to my design?
Yes. Send us a photo of the piece you have in mind, the measurements, and the leather or colour you prefer. We read the construction from the photo and propose the leather that will hold that shape. You approve the drawing before any leather is cut.
How much does a bespoke leather commission cost?
It depends on the piece, the leather and the hardware — a card holder in calfskin and a crocodile bag are different worlds. We quote a firm price in writing once the drawing is agreed, so there is no surprise at the end.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide from Saigon by DHL or FedEx with tracking end to end. Vietnam to North America and Europe is typically five to nine working days once the piece is finished. For CITES-protected leathers such as crocodile or alligator, an export permit adds two to four weeks.
Can you engrave my initials on a made-to-order piece?
Yes. We stamp initials, signatures or a small logo on the inside or outside of most pieces. Tell us where you want it and we show you the placement before committing.
What is your warranty on custom work?
One year on workmanship — stitching, structure and finish. After that the piece can still return to the workshop for conditioning or re-stitching at the cost of the work involved.
