Crocodile, alligator and ostrich are covered by CITES, the international treaty on trade in protected species. We can ship them, but the piece needs a CITES export permit from Vietnam and your country needs to allow the import — that adds two to four weeks and some paperwork on both ends. Without the permit customs will seize the parcel, so we will not ship one without it. We tell you before you pay whether your country is straightforward or not.

A structured briefcase in genuine alligator with a warm brown finish. Hand saddle-stitched with waxed linen thread, edges burnished by hand over several passes. Lined in vegetable-tanned calfskin.
